Behind the main house is a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with its own fully equipped kitchen, family room and central air, TVs in all rooms, and small deck. The main house is an upside down design. The lower floor contains the bedrooms and one bath, and the second floor is the living space, consisting of a great room, which is living, dining and gourmet kitchen combined. The house comes with the following amenities: phone with block, cable/color TV, stereo, CD, tape deck and air conditioning. There is a washer/dryer, and parking for 4-5 cars. The beds in the main house are 3 full, 1 futon. The beds in the cottage are 2 queens and 1 queen futon. There is a deck with grill, and an outdoor shower. No pets, no smoking. Maximum 10 people. Rate is $3200 - $3600 per week depending upon dates, with a $400 refundable security deposit.
