There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a deck and parking for 1 car. Amenities include cable/color TV, DVD, stereo, CD, washer/dryer and AC. The bed is queen sized, and linens and towels are provided, though you must bring your own beach towels. Maximum number of people: 2. No smoking, no pets. Rate: $1000 per week, $1100 for holiday and event weeks. A $200 refundable security deposit is required.
