Located near West Vine St., in the West End, about a 7-10 min walk to the center of town, and a 10 minute bike ride to Herring Cove Beach, these are semi-attached, 3 BR townhouse units on 3 floors, each with 3 decks including a rooftop deck with full views of the bay, ocean and National Seashore Park. All have at least 2.5 baths. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, and full amenities are supplied, including air conditioning, phone with block cable/color TV, stereo, CD, and tape deck. Air conditioning is supplied. Each unit comes with 2-3 parking spaces, and all have washer/dryers. There is a gas grill. The landlord provides linens and towels, but you must bring your own beach towels. The beds are all queen sized. Maximum 6 people, no pets, no smoking. These units rent for $2200-2600 per week with a $500 refundable security. Event weeks and holidays are slightly higher.
