The second floor has 2 bedrooms plus a full bath. The top floor is a media room with large screen TV, DVD, full bath, wet bar, refrigerator, deck with water views and a queen size sofa bed. The beds are queen sized and linens and towels are provided. There is central air, a washer/dryer, a patio and gas grille, garage, and parking for 2 cars. Max # of people: 4-6, no pets, no smoking. Rate: $2600 per week with a $500 refundable security deposit.
