The top floor is a bedroom with large screen TV, DVD, full bath, wet bar, refrigerator, deck with water views and a queen size bed. Linens and towels are provided. There is central air, a washer/dryer, a patio and gas grille, garage, and parking for 2 cars. Max # of people: 6, no pets, no smoking. Rate: $2800 per week with a $500 refundable security deposit.
