There is a living room and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include telephone with long distance block, cable/color TV, VCR, stereo, CD and washer/dryer. The beds are queen and double and linens and towels are supplied, but you must bring your own beach towels. Parking for 2 cars is provided. There is a deck, yard and gas grille. Pets are negotiable. Maximum number of people: 4. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Rate is $1950 per week with a refundable $500 security deposit and a non-refundable, $100 per pet fee.
