distance block, VCR, CD, cassette player, radio, washer/dryer and charcoal grille. The
beds are 1 queen and 1 double, and linens and towels are supplied, but you must bring your
own beach towels. The unit has a deck off the living room with outdoor furniture, and
glimpses of the water. There is a working fireplace. Parking for one car is supplied. No
pets, no smoking. Maximum # of people: 4. Rate:$1500 per week with a $300 refundable
security deposit.
