convenient to the bike trails and Beech Forest. Town is a 15-min walk or a short bike
ride. There is a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, deck, yard and parking
for 1 car. Amenities include: phone with long distance block, cable/color TV, VCR, stereo,
CD, washer/dryer and AC. The beds are queen sized and linens and towels are supplied, but
you must bring your own beach towels. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. No
smoking, maximum # of people: 4. Rate: $1325 per week. Holidays and event weeks:
$1400-$1550. Off season rates available on request.
