12 Atlantic St. #2- This is a 2 bedroom, second-floor unit located at the corner of Atlantic St. and Bradford St., one block from Commercial St. There is an eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen, livingroom and a large  deck. Amenities include air conditioning, phone with block cable/color TV, stereo,CD, air conditioning and tape deck. Beds are queen sized. Linens and towels are supplied, but you must bring your own beach towels. Maximum 4 people. Parking is for two. The rate is $1700 for the week of June 28 - July 7, and $1600 for all other weeks in July, with a $350 refundable security deposit.
