Commercial St. -Located in the West End of Provincetown, right on the water, this
is a beautiful free-standing house on 2 floors. There is a livingroom, fully equipped
gourmet kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house features 2
floor-to-ceiling bay windows overlooking the bay and there are bay views from both
bedrooms. There is a private dock and beach area, plus parking for 2-3 cars. Amenities
include phone with long distance block, color/cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD and washer/dryer.
Linens and towels are provided, but you must bring your own beach towels. A charcoal
grille is provided. Pets are welcome with an additional, non-refundable pet fee. No
smoking. Maximum number of people: 4. Rate: $3500 per week with a $500 refundable security
deposit. Holiday and event weeks slightly higher.
