The dining and living areas are combined and the kitchen is fully equipped. The unit offers the following amenities:   2 decks, phone with block cable/color TV, stereo and CD.  Linens and towels are provided but you must bring your own beach towels. This unit is air-conditioned. The bed is queen sized. There is parking for one car and a small outdoor area. Maximum occupancy: 2 people, no smoking, no pets. The rate is $1300 per week, with a $500 refundable security deposit.
