Jane Bramley, Principal Broker (508-487-1528, phoebe@piedpiperre.com), has been a Provincetown resident since 1967, and is better-known by her "stage" name of Phoebe Otis.  In addition to entertaining Provincetown audiences for over 30 years with her songs and comedy, Phoebe is also a former guest house owner and has experience in retail, manufacturing and restaurant services. After several years as a real estate agent, she and her partner, Betty Newman, purchased Pied Piper Real Estate in 2001. Jane is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors.

Betty Newman, Associate Broker (508-487-1528, betty@piedpiperre.com), was born in Brooklyn, NY and has lived in Provincetown since 1972.  Before getting into real estate, she ran a restaurant, nightclub and hotel, and worked for the VNA of Cape Cod for 10 years in the home health care field.  With several years of experience, Betty has a wealth of knowledge about properties and owners. She shares her home with her partner, Phoebe Otis, four dogs, two cats and a parrot. She enjoys walking, movies and is an actor in the Provincetown Theatre Co. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors.

Dan Hochman, Associate Broker & Exclusive Buyer’s Agent (508-487-3589, danh@ptownre.com), has been a resident of Provincetown for more than ten years. Having purchased and sold his own properties in Provincetown and Greater Boston, Dan has an intimate understanding of the needs of his clients. In addition, he owns and manages several personal rental properties. Through his renovation of a vintage Provincetown two-family home, Dan is aware of the unique challenges the Provincetown market presents. Dan’s background in computer science gives him an engineer’s eye for detail, both in properties and transactions. Sam Hardee, Associate Born in North Carolina and raised in Wisconsin, Sam has been a Provincetown resident since 1987. Having fallen in love with the town while vacationing here, he spent his first eight years managing a local guest house, where his “Barbie Garden” display won acclaim from locals and tourists alike throughout the busy summer season. Sam has served the community as a member of the Provincetown Business Guild as well as through extensive volunteer work. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors. Sam was recently featured in HGTV’s “House Hunters”, introducing Provincetown to a national audience. He and his partner share their home with 2 dogs and 2 cats.
